How do I return or exchange my item?
Our return policy is valid for 14 days within the delivery date.
All products must be unused and unopened in its original packaging in order to qualify for a return.
If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all returns.
However, if the item you are trying to return was damaged or incorrect upon receipt, we will send you a prepaid return label.
Please submit a return request with pictures of the defective item.
To initiate a return, please send us an inquiry via email at
firstname.lastname@example.org enclosing your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. We do not accept returns of special boxes, special kits or one-time use products such as sheet masks. Products on sale during promotions may not be eligible for return.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and it shows that it is being processed, we are unable to cancel your order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This confirmation email acts as an invoice and includes your order number.
The standard processing time is 1-3 days before the order is shipped out.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number and your order details.
Delivery time is 2-8 days in 48 continental states of US

Our normal operating hours are 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST. Our office and distribution facility are open Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and al US federal holidays.
